Its so quite and relaxing place far away from traffic noise.

Far from restaurant or fast food resto though there is bus sched going to sm seaside or sm city if you want to save money from transportation fares

I enjoyed my stay. The unit had all the amenities I wanted and the place is secure.

The unit is clean and comfortable. Security is good even strict sometimes. The pool is really good.

You have to take a taxi to go anywhere which can be expensive.

very relaxing! Great!

the property was indeed a good choice for a short leisure a distance from the crowded city. It certainly has everything that keeps us entertained the whole stay just by enjoying inside and out. The caretaker made an excellent service with patience and diligence. He made sure we are all set when we arrived and has prepared the property well presentable before we came in.... Thanks to Brando and Noel ...…. THE BEST PLACE at Sanremo… ……. YOUR PLACE...…. is OUR CHOICE!!!

Not the best place to stay

Both rooms have a/c units and the kitchen is well - equipped with good quality kitchen utensils. WiFi strength was satisfactory.

It was advertised that free parking was available but it turned out that that there is P300 per day fee for parking. In fairness, the owner agreed to split the parking cost with us as this policy was imposed by the administration of San Remo Oasis. The free parking announcement should be removed. The contact number provided in the app is not a local Philippine number but the number of the owner who is residing in London. Imagine making an international call just to ask for directions for instance. Ludicrous! I can't stop shaking my head! The condo unit reeked of cigarette smoke and no amount of spraying air fresheners could remove the odor. The electric stove was so weak it took ages to cook simple meals.

the beds were comfy and both rooms had excellent working air conditioning. we loved that there were extra beds for our little ones and there were extra towels too. Great value for money too as the place was situated I a prime location
